- All return postage costs, including duty and taxes, must be paid by the customer.
- The returned item must be in a re-sellable condition and not damaged.
- The item must be returned with its original packing and tags must not be removed.
- Refunds or Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item.
- No return or exchange is acceptable for custom-sized jackets unless you have received the wrong jacket, color, or size.
