Ordering

Well, you shouldn’t find any difficulty in ordering as the process is seamless and self-explanatory. Here are the steps:

  1. Select your size
  2. If you intend to use Paypal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, you can select the payment option, and you are done.
  3. If you intend to use a credit card, click ADD TO CART. A slider will show from where you can select CHECKOUT.
  4. Fill up your details on the CHECKOUT page, enter your credit card details, and click PLACE ORDER.

Once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive 2 emails from our side:

  1. An email communicating that your order has been received with all your order details mentioned
  2. An email asking for your exact size details so our manufacturer can verify if you have chosen your size correctly. We take this extra step to ensure there isn’t any issue after the sale

Please know we only use reliable payment gateways. For card payments, you can use any of the well-known and reliable payment cards like Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc. You can choose from any of the following payment methods:

You don’t have to worry. We have got you covered! Just measure your chest, waist, shoulder, and sleeves with a measuring tape, then select any size and place the order. We always email every customer for his/her exact sizing once the order is placed. Please reply with your exact measurements in that email. Yes, we do sell jackets in other materials, like faux leather, cotton, parachute, etc. You can search for your preferred material in the search bar or you can use the filter option in any product category to find your desired material.

We have a wide variety of leather outerwear products. The variety includes coats, vests, double rider jackets, cafe racer jackets, bomber jackets and its variations (like B3, MA1, G2, etc.), hooded jackets, and puffer jackets. Different designs are available for men and women.

Shipping & Delivery

We usually ship orders within 5 to 7 working days, and it takes 3 working days for the courier services to deliver the item to your doorstep. Our delivery is free worldwide. No hidden or other charges will be paid by you.

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your charges may be. If your home country’s government requires these additional charges, they must be paid by you for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require the courier service to pay these charges on your behalf and the courier company will collect these charges from you upon delivery.  Please understand these charges are neither collected by us nor do they benefit us in any form, we have no control over the government policies of the hundreds of countries that we ship. It’s a good idea to look up your country’s customs manual in order to avoid any surprises later.

We use the world’s most reliable courier services like DHL, FedEx, and a few others to ensure that your parcel reaches you on time.

Refund & Exchange

  • Please visit the Return Manager to request a refund or exchange.
  • Our team will share the return shipping address with you after authorizing your request.
  • Please don’t forget to mention the order number on the package label of your courier
  • Please share the courier tracking number after shipping the returned item.
  • Once the item is received, we will inspect and check the jacket condition
  • If the jacket is not damaged and is in re-sellable condition, we will refund your amount and update you

Under normal circumstances, refunds should not take more than 3 working days after receiving the jacket. You can always shoot a quick email to check the progress as well.

You can use the shipment tracking to check if the jacket has arrived at our warehouse or not. Please don’t forget to share the tracking details with us as well, so we both remain on the same page.

We wait for your jacket to be received at our warehouse. Once we check the jacket’s condition, we dispatch the jacket from our manufacturing unit. As the courier takes around 3-5 working days to be delivered at your address, it shouldn’t take more than 4-6 working days for you to receive your exchanged jacket.
