We have worldwide shipping capacity except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, and OFAC and Sanctioned Countries. We do not ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses, alternatively, the buyer can provide us a physical door address in the destination country

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your home country government requires these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. - Returns are accepted within 30-days of delivery giving you plenty of time to try our product.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition along with the documents and tags included in the original product
- Upon receiving the returned item our team will inspect it within 72 hours and the refund will be processed within 7 working days. After the inspection, you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
- Postage and packaging charges are not subject to refund/reimbursement under any circumstances, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Make sure you re-pack the item properly to prevent any damage in the return shipping.
- Please wait for our support team to provide you with the return shipping address before you dispatch the item
- Please provide a live tracking number once you have dispatched the item so that our logistics team has visibility of the returned item.

Getting the measurements right was a challenge. The spec sheet provided was not in line with my measurements. And the video didn’t help much because I followed the instructions but that didn’t help.
Ultimately, since it’s a custom made jacket, the measurements are truly custom. So the process of getting the measurements wasn’t as easy as hoped. In the end, I am please with my jacket. The team was very responsive, helpful and accommodating.
